Judge Sibley G. Reynolds was removed from my custody case in the 19th Circuit court. Awaiting notification of our new judge on the case and the return of my sons to the state of Alabama.
How can I file such a grievance?? I need him OFF my son's case too. It's been TWO YEARS of nothing but postponements....for who knows what reasons. And yes, "back room" trials where the parents are left in the courtroom wondering what's going on.
